Outdoor Hockey Season 2019

Welcome to the 2019 Hockey Season!!

Our Club is a hockey family, we welcome all new players to hockey and hockey players looking to get back into the game. We also welcome social members and parents keen to be involved in running the Club. Casuarina Hockey Club on the Far North Coast of NSW commenced in 2001. It has grown into one of the largest Clubs in the Tweed Association with teams across all grades. Through its values, Casuarina's members are committed to providing equal opportunities and a fair playing environment to benefit the health, safety, enjoyment and well-being of its members. To Register with Casuarina Hockey Club requires the completion of:

1. Register at Club level. Fees are listed below. There is a Register Now button at the bottom of this page. Note when registering, please follow through to Check Out even if you are not purchasing a uniform. FEES TO BE PAID BY 31 March 2019

2. Register online with Hockey Australia/Hockey Queensland. Once Phase 1 is complete you will be provided with a link to proceed to the Hockey Australia/Queensland registration page. This is a mandatory registration and is required before a player can play hockey with any Queensland Club. Hockey Aust/Queensland 2019 fees are listed below. The following fees incorporating insurance in 2019 (also known as GameDay). There is a link which will take you to Hockey Australia when you reach the end of the Casuarina Hockey registration process.

Under 10 - Stick2Hockey (4-9yrs as of 31st Dec 2019) $37
Junior (10-17yrs as of 31st Dec 2019) $70
Sub-Senior (18-20yrs as of 31st Dec 2019) $102
Senior (Over 20yrs as of 31st Dec 2019) $127

3. Parents, guardians and carers can apply for an Active Kids voucher for participation and membership costs for sport, fitness and active recreation activities valued up to $100 per calendar year. For each student enrolled in school apply here https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher. The voucher may be used with Casuarina Hockey Club, a registered activity provider, .

The voucher can be used at any time during the calendar year it was issued. Players will need to apply for an Active Kids Voucher (Button/link is also on www.casuarinahockey.com website). Active Kids Vouchers can now be redeemed when player's register to play/pay for the Casuarina Hockey Club in the 2019 season.

I will partake as a member of the Casuarina Hockey Club in a responsible manner and pay all fees as stipulated by the Committee. Information will be distributed via email and updates will be available on the Casuarina website www.casuarinahockey.com and Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/hockeycasuarina I agree that for registration and insurance to be valid, players must have completed Hockey Queensland Online form and paid registration fees, prior to the first game play. I agree to abide by the Rules and By Laws of the Tweed Border Hockey Association Inc. and to conduct myself in a manner that will not bring the game or the Association into disrepute. I give permission for persons to provide or seek appropriate medical treatment if any incident arises.
